Feeding Therapy, Infant Development

Maile is the CEO and owner of Empire Therapy. She is the leader in educating the nervous system with primitive reflex integration in the Inland Northwest. As a neuro-occupational therapist, she specializes in medically fragile infants, especially babies with feeding and swallowing dysfunction, specifically breastfeeding. Her desire is to spread the knowledge of re-educating the nervous system to all therapists in the community in an effort to prevent future challenges. Maile wants to prevent future problems by screening newborns. Early intervention is key. Please don't wait and see. In her spare time, Maile enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, being active, and loving God.

Taylor is a part-owner of Empire Therapy. She specializes in medically fragile infants and head shape disorders such as plagiocephaly. She is passionate about re-educating the nervous system to allow for lifelong changes and improved quality of life. She combines cranial sacral, fascial release, and reflex integration to make lasting changes in her patients. She loves to work closely with her patient's families to assist them in all aspects of infant care and development. Taylor became a Lactation Counselor in 2022 and is working toward becoming an IBCLC to assist mothers and infants with feeding concerns. When she is not working, Taylor loves to spend time with her husband and family. She also enjoys learning about holistic health, home improvement projects, and spending time outdoors.

Alicia Green, DPT, graduated from Eastern Oregon University in 2003 with a B.S. in Physical Education with an emphasis in Athletic Training and earned a Doctorate in PT from Northern Arizona University in 2006. Alicia has worked as a physical therapist from birth to three since the beginning of her career in 2006. Alicia has a passion for holistic health and helping the body heal itself. Alicia lives in Spokane with her husband and son. She loves being outdoors, whether hiking, at the lake, or snowboarding.
